We pay $2.50 USD for each cover letter example that we use on the site (via Paypal) as a little thank you for sharing your efforts. Please note that the cover letters you upload MUST be your own work, and must not have been uploaded previously to another site or used on the web.

By uploading any cover letter examples to us, you confirm that:
- The documents belong to you and are your own work.
- You have not previously uploaded these documents to another site and they are not used on the web.
- You grant us an indefinite licence to use the cover letter example(s) on our website (the copyright still belongs to you).
We will review your documents and email you to confirm which we would like to use. We typically review documents within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse to publish any or all of your documents for any reason whatsoever. Some typical reasons why we do not publish cover letters include:
- Quality of writing or content
- Job position already adequately covered on our website
- Content appears elsewhere on the web
